But avid viewers of the show know that did not work out so well. Aprea and Napolitano became the center of much of the drama when rumors swirled that Aprea's husband, Rino, cheated on her with the her and Napolitano's mother.

Dina Manzo ends up telling the twins about the speculation and an insider told The Huffington Post's Tom Murro that the twins were not happy she didn't have their back.

The insider added that the now famous sisters don't trust Manzo because she spoke about the rumors on camera. Still, she reportedly tried to make it up to the twins. The insider said that she cried off set and even tried to get away from the production team.

"She does not like to be show in a negative light. That's why she stayed away from the show for so long. She can't handle anyone making her look bad!"
