The singer continues to work with trainer Erin Oprea, who revealed how Underwood continues to safely stay fit while pregnant.

"We're going for lighter weight, higher reps," Oprea told People on Saturday. The main difference is that the singer isn't doing quite so much jumping, though she continues to lift weight and work with a punching bag. Oprea also has the star working with leg pulses and squats.

Underwood and Fisher, who plays in the NHL for the Nashville Predators, announced their exciting baby news at the beginning of the month with a photo on Twitter.

While the singer has had plenty of fun joking about her dogs Penny and Ace getting a new "sibling," it's likely Underwood will be looking to her parents for guidance when the baby is born. On Twitter Friday the singer revealed her biggest source of "inspiration" and how family has played such a big part of her life.

Underwood and Fisher have yet to publicly discuss baby names or arrangements, though they will likely have more details after they find out whether the baby will be a girl or a boy.
