Fans were shocked to hear she took her husband back following a very public cheating scandal with a transsexual model, but Kendra Wilkinson may only be doing so to keep her reality show afloat.

Kendra Wilkinson Not Wearing Wedding Ring?

News broke September 17 that the former Playboy Playmate chose to take her husband, Hank Baskett, back after the scandal because he convinced her that the scandal was way overblown and had actually been nothing, but the 29-year-old reality star may still be motivated by the money she makes filming her show, Kendra on Top alongside Baskett.

Baskett reportedly told his wife a story about transsexual model Ava Sabrina London coming on to him and making him feel violated when he went to the apartment complex she lived in to help out a friend-a story which Wilkinson reportedly believed enough to take her husband back.

Kendra Wilkinson Feuding With Her Family?

"They are 100 percent together," an insider told Life and Style.

However, Wilkinson was spotted filming for the show just days later-and appeared to be downcast as cameras went in for close-ups of her face. Conspicuously, she also still appears without her wedding ring-meaning she could be faking a reunion to get more buzz for the upcoming third season of her show, Kendra on Top, which is set to focus on her marriage crisis.

A preview clip for the upcoming season shows Wilkinson exhibit raw emotion over her husband's betrayal, as she bawls while receiving comfort from a friend, and later angrily confronts her husband about the rumors-which he denies.

"No one believes you," she replies to his denials in the clip.

If the reports of the couple's reunion are being exaggerated in the hopes of increasing the show's ratings, it wouldn't be the first time Wilkinson has been accused of placing her show ahead of her family's best interests, as she came under fire this summer from both her estranged mother, Patti, and brother, Colin, for traveling to Costa Rica and filming episodes of the show with her father, who walked out on her family when she was a kid.

Her brother spoke out against her trip and decision to include their father on her show in a Facebook post back in August (which has since been deleted), where he ranted that he couldn't believe his sister had sunk to a level where ratings mattered more than family, because ehe believed paying their father to appear on the program was like "rewarding a person who has done nothing but cause pain and suffering."

Her mother also spoke out against the trip, saying that she couldn't believe her daughter rushed off to another country with the same man who cheated on her to see the father who appeared to want nothing to do with her.

"Just days before I was picking her up off of the floor, and then she can't even tell me she's going to see her father who left us?" Patti reportedly told OK!. "Not to mention that she went with a guy who just cheated on her with a tranny? That hurts a lot."

The drama from Wilkinson and Baskett's marriage is set to unfold when season 3 of Kendra on Top premieres Friday, Oct. 3 at 10 p.m on We.
