There's been very little word on the potential Full House reunion since rumors began circulating that there was one in the works, but one of the sitcom's stars is now saying that despite initial reports, the cast is actually more hesitant to revive the series.

'Full House' Revival Not Wanted By Fans?

"I don't know it's ever going to rest because it keeps recycling...it just means we did something that people loved and enjoyed," he said of the rumors while appearing on Global News Toronto. "And that's part of it, we don't want to ruin the legacy we've created. Those 192 shows really resonated with people, especially with kids, so we don't really want to come back...it's really hard to recreate mullets and bad sweaters."

Coulier's comments seem to directly negate the rumors that nearly the entire cast was on-board for a revival when the news first broke in August.

Bob Saget Hints He 'Wouldn't Return' For 'Full House' Reunion?

E! News reported at the time that John Stamos (Uncle Jesse Katsopolis), Bob Saget (Danny Tanner) and Coulier would all return for the new show, as well as Candace Cameron Bure (D.J. Tanner), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner) and Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibler). At the time, it was noted that mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who both portrayed the youngest daughter, Michelle Tanner, had not agreed to reprise their role, nor had Lori Loughlin, who portrayed Aunt Becky. Dylan and Blake Tuomy-Wilhoit, who portrayed twins Nicky and Alex would also not likely have returned because the two reportedly retired from acting after the series ended.

However, Coulier conceded, no one should say never when it comes to the possibility of a reunion, as the cast could still change their minds about it, if the right price came along with the offer.

"The word barrel comes to mind. Like a barrel of money," he said. "A boatload. How about a boat with barrels of money stacked on top?"

And though the chances of returning are currently considered as unlikely, Coulier did project a possible future for his character, should the revival ever actually receive the green light.

"He's married to Kimmy Gibbler. And they're raising emus in North Dakota," he said.
