A sneak peek clip from the season 2 finale of Ray Donovan shows Ray (Liev Schreiber) trying to talk Terry (Eddie Marsan) into accepting the bail and getting out of prison but Terry plays difficult.

Ray Kills Ezra In Season Finale Of Ray Donovan?

Terry was arrested during Mickey's (Jon Voight) heist in the last episode of Ray Donovan. In the recently revealed clip, Ray wants to get Terry out jail and convinces him that he is a good man who fell into Mickey's trap. But Terry bullheaded refuses bail and believes he deserves to be persecuted for what he has done, and will commit to the time he might have to do in prison for his crime.

Toward the end, as Terry confronts Ray, putting a mirror up to him and asking him if he even knows what being a "good person" means, Ray gives in and says he needs Terry to be out of prison as he might be going away and needed someone to take care of the family.

The preview for the season 2 finale of Ray Donovan was also revealed, and it ramps up the tension with a quick succession of violent and shocking moments, set against the soundtrack of a brief interaction between Ezra (Elliot Gould) and Ray.

In a recent interview, Vinessa Shaw, who plays Boston Globe reporter Kate on the Showtime series, revealed that the season 2 finale was going to be "huge."

Speaking to The Wrap, the actress stated that the "unexpected" would happen in the concluding episode of the Showtime series.

"As per last season, Ray Donovan is really good at making something huge happen by the end of the season, and this is exactly what is going to happen," she said. "The unexpected is going to happen, and people are going to have...something happen to them."

The season 2 finale of Ray Donovan will air on Sunday, September 27 at 8 pm ET/PT on Showtime.
