Breasts implants are nothing new, but for Jasmine Tridevil finding a doctor to perform the precise surgery that she wanted wasn't easy. In fact, some sources aren't even sure she found one at all.

The 21-year-old Florida native asked more than 50 doctors before funding one to perform a surgery that would give her a third breast. According to New York Magazine on Monday, the massage therapist spent $20,000 on the procedure, which included removing tissue from her stomach and reapplying it along with implants to her chest.

"I got it because I wanted to make myself unattractive to men, because I don't want to date anymore," explained Tridevil in an interview with Real Radio.

New York Magazine remained skeptical of Tridevil's procedure even after the radio interview, claiming that it could possibly be a scam. However, an interview with Tampa's News 10 suggests the young woman might just be telling the truth.

During the Tuesday interview with News 10, Tridevil insisted that she documented the surgery for her self-produced program, which she hopes will be picked up by network television. She additionally offered the news show a look at the surgery, though it was brief as she wanted to save it for her series.  

"I figured people would be skeptical, but it's true," claimed the 21-year-old. "I recorded the surgery and it will be on my show."

At this time, Tridevil is booking appearances and has confirmed at least six episodes of her own series filmed so far.
