Secrets continue to be revealed on General Hospital, and several lives are about to be affected by some major mind-blowing stunners.

Franco Learns Sonny and Carly's Secret

Franco (Roger Howarth) finally received confirmation from Kiki (Kristen Aldersen) that Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Bernard) had slept together, which allows him to use the information he has on Sonny against him in the cruelest way, as he inly promised to keep the mobster's dirty secrets if he stayed away from Carly.

Now, at the birthday party Carly threw for him, he will finally reveal all.

"The person most affected by what I have to say is Michael," Franco says in a preview clip for the Tuesday, September 23 episode.

Franco knows that Sonny killed his son's (Chad Duell) biological father A.J.-and if he spills the secret out of revenge for Sonny sleeping with his girlfriend, he will change everything, as Michael will likely disown his parents-and could even seek retribution.

Before Sonny deals with that however, he and Sam (Kelly Monaco) could be in for a huge surprise. She went to warn him that Luke (Anthony Geary) was possibly the Jerome crime boss, but her visit could become interrupted by the appearance of someone neither she or Sonny ever expected to see again-her dead husband, Jason.

"I should probably go," she says to Sonny in the clip.

"I'll walk you out," he replies-as Jason's hand grips the door knob and prepares to make his appearance.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
