It looks like their split could still be an amicable one. According to Radar Online  Monday, Bruce asked the judge to honor the details ironed out by Kris in her filing.

The site reported that Kris requested joint physical as well as legal custody of their 17-year-old daughter Kylie.

On top of that, Bruce is said to want his "jewelry and other person effects, earnings and accumulations...from and after the date of separation." He also refuses to pay Kris any amount of spousal support, against her request. Kris also asked the judge to keep her "miscellaneous jewelry" and other property as hers.

The couple tied the knot in April 1991, just a month after her first marriage to Robert Kardashian Sr. was final. Bruce split from his first wife Linda Thompson in 1984 after three years of marriage.

They announced their split in October of last year and said in an official statement, "We are living separately and we are much happier this way. But we will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends, and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority."

Their breakup was a key storyline for the family on the season nine of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
