Instead, Matt's (Dane Cook) captors will demand his debt as ransom, and Danny Williams (Scott Caan) will embark on a journey to find his little brother's hidden cash in order to bring him to safety. The pair's story will play out across the background of the first few season 5 episodes.

During episode 2, "Ka Makuakāne (Family Man)," and episode 3, "Kanalu Hope Loa (The Last Break), Danno will juggle the search for thieves and a missing child with his quest to uncover the $18.5 million needed to spare his brother's life.

Matt Williams first appeared in season 1 as a hedge fund manager, but quickly fled the country as the SEC attempted to take him down. Unfortunately, Cook is not slated to appear in either of these episodes. If/when Danno does save his wayward brother, Cook may have a chance to appear in the Aloha State once more.
