It's been months since a scandal involving her husband's alleged affair with a transsexual model first broke, and Kendra Wilkinson has finally broken her silence about the entire situation.

Kendra Wilkinson Takes Hank Baskett Back?

Speaking to People Magazine for the first time since the scandal broke, the 29-year-old star of Kendra on Top admitted that she still isn't sure what to believe about it, as her husband, Hank Baskett, continues to deny having had any involvement with Ava Sabrina London.

"I really don't know what to believe," she told the magazine September 24. "But this is real life. This is really what's happening. It's been the hardest four months of my life."

She also provided details for the first time on how she learned about the scandal for the first time.

"My agent calls, asking, 'Is Hank around you right now?' I was playing around and said, 'No,'" she said. "Hank leaned in and I said, 'Why? What's going on?'"

After her agent dropped the bomb that rumors were floating Baskett had cheated with London, Wilkinson confronted her husband-and believed his initial protests that nothing had ever happened. However, after the story hit the tabloids the next day, she said she kicked Baskett out of their home, and he took their son to New Mexico while she stayed behind in L.A. to take care of their daughter, Alijah.

And though she has come under attack for choosing to tape the drama for her show, Wilkinson is now defending her choice, saying that the producers of her show were there for her during the hardest time of her life.

"I agreed to shoot the show because being alone at the moment was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life," she said. "The producers came to me, and were hugging and holding me. They asked, 'So you want to film this?' I said, 'Bring the cameras to me...I can't be alone right now.'"

The interview comes on the heels of yet another preview clip for the show, which shows an angrier side to Wilkinson during the affair, where she consults the advice of friends, family (including her estranged mother, Patti), and divorce lawyers, and threatens to go behind her husband's back similarly to how he went behind hers.

"Hank chose to go behind my back, so I'm going behind his back," she says in the clip.

The drama in her marriage is set to unfold when season 3 of Kendra on Top premieres on WeTV Oct. 3.
