Despite rumors Cristiano Ronaldo would be leaving his team Real Madrid, the soccer player is trying to shut them down, saying his "future" is with his current team.

"It's all speculation, speaking about my future ... My future is Madrid. I'm happy," Ronaldo told reporters according to Goal.com on Wednesday.

"The season is going well and I'm not talking about my future, it doesn't make sense," he continued. The soccer player just scored four goals for Real Madrid in their 5-1 Tuesday night win over 5-1 victory over Elche.

Manchester United, Ronaldo's former team, recently said a trade was possible, but that Real Madrid probably wouldn't go for it.

"Yes, but it's always a discussion in the papers," Louis van Gaal, the manager of Manchester United said (via The Telegraph), "and I don't think the media shall buy Ronaldo.

"That's what I have said with [Radamel] Falcao," van Gaal continued. "Players like Ronaldo give a lot of extra to a team, but I don't think Real Madrid shall sell him."

Sky Sports' resident Spanish football expert and B/R UK guest columnist Guillem Balague said recently Ronaldo won't leave Real Madrid this month or next month, but that he will definitely go sometime in the near future.

Ronaldo's girlfriend Irina Shayk even spoke up about the rumors saying how much she'd love to be in Paris.

Speaking to the UK Express Shayk said, "I am always moved to return to Paris and I hope to spend more time here one of these days. Is it that I should convince Cristiano to sign for Paris (Saint-Germain)? I don't know much about it but I do love Paris."
