The sixth season of The Wendy Williams Show is rolling out with a bang. After Wendy ate crow on the season premiere last week, she sat down with Orange is the New Black breakout star Danielle Brooks to introduce the up and comer to her Wendy Watchers.

Danielle-- better known as the spunky and hilarious Taystee-- just turned 25-years-old. The day before her appearance on Wendy's purple couch, she celebrated and was more than happy to continue to celebration with the gossip queen who she'd been a fan of for a long time.

"Three years ago I was sitting in your audience," the Southern Belle revealed. "But now I think I have the best seat in the house." The amazing Wendy Show team actually dug up a picture of her in the back on the left, clapping during an audience shot. Obviously, her life has changed drastically since then.

Soon after her graduation from NYC's prestigious performing arts college, Julliard, she had the chance to audition for Taystee. Though the South Carolina native was excited and desperate for a job, she was hesitant to take the racy role because both of her parents are church leaders.

"I said, mom, dad, I am thinking about taking this role. They were like, "No, no, no!" Brooks recalled. "Then I was like, well I'm going to be making this much money and they were like, "Well, okay, we are going to have to pray on it."

Then, her understanding parents approved, allowing Danielle and Taystee to be introduced to fans across the globe. Watch the adorable interview for yourselves:
