Michael Jackson's estate lawyer requested that his siblings Janet, Rebbie, Randy and Jermaine be denied a chance to visit their mother Katherine at her home.

Charles Schultz, the attorney who represents their nephew T.J. Jackson, received the letter prepared by Howard Weitzman, Michael Jackson's estate lawyer who represents co-executors John Branca and John McClain, according to X17 Online.

"Given the circumstances of the last two weeks, and in order to protect the children and Mrs. Jackson, the Executors believe that it would not be appropriate to allow the following individuals to enter the residence or its grounds and we instruct the security to preclude the following from entering the residence or the grounds: Randy Jackson and any of his children, Janet Jackson, Rebbie Jackson and any of her children, Jermaine Jackson, his wife and any of his children," read the statement.

The request, according to X17 Online, is a response to a letter prepared by Janet, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie and Tito asking the co-executors to resign from Jackson's estate because they have proof that Michael's 2002 will is fake.

The letter also claims that Branca and McClain have "taken advantage of a grieving mother and family."

"What kind of lawyer would deny a mother from seeing her own children," a source close to the Jackson family told X17Online exclusively.

Tito Jackson's son T.J. was appointed the temporary legal guardian of Prince, Paris and "Blanket" on Friday. Katherine will still be involved in the decision-making of the children's daily activities and is still makes decisions on the financial aspects of the estate

TMZ reported that all three of Michael's kids attended their uncles' concert with their grandmother on Saturday. Marlon, Tito and Jackie held a concert in Saratoga, California, for their "Unity" tour. The website obtained exclusive footage of the family arriving at the show where Katherine received a round of applause from concert goers.
