A new detailed plot description posted by MJsBigBlog gives a rundown on what will happen in the second episode of the season, titled Homecoming. As indicated by the episode title, it will be a homecoming for the many members of Glee's past, including Quinn (Dianna Agron), Puck (Mark Salling), Mercedes (Amber Riley), Santana (Naya Rivera), Sam (Chord Overstreet), Artie (Kevin McHale).

Rachel and Kurt (Chris Colfer) will be attempting to recruit new members to the McKinley High glee club and they ask their classmates for help. Kurt will have a one-on-one recruitment session with a new gay student, Spencer. While Kurt believes that the glee club helped to pave the way for LGBT kids to be out and proud, Spencer believes that he did it by himself, without the help of Kurt or those who came before.

There are many relationships established in the episode, though they are not the focus of the episode. Among the many relationships are Brittany and Santana, Puck and Quinn and Blaine (Darren Criss) and Karofsky (Max Adler).
