Jenelle Evans' rocky road had been documented over the last five seasons of MTV's Teen Mom 2, and while she's matured a lot this year, the reality star still can't escape claims of negligent parenting.

'Teen Mom 2' Custody Battle Begins

Most recently Evans has been accused of smoking while breastfeeding her three-month-old son Kaiser, which the reality star claims is in fact not true.

"Nobody smokes in my house," she explained to RumorFix on Thursday. "We step out on the front or back porch."

Evans also reported that she stopped breastfeeding Kaiser two months ago, and so any harmful elements in her body as a result of smoking are not being passed on to the child.

As far as the mother of two is concerned, she's got plenty of parenting problems without the media sensationalizing her lifestyle. Both her and boyfriend Nathan Griffith, who is father to baby Kaiser, are currently in school. Evans is also looking to get custody of her five-year-old son Jace back from her mother Barbara, which is an uncomfortable subject all around as she does not want to hurt anyone in the process.

Evans is also struggling with Kaiser for the time being, who might just be going through a rough time with teething.

Teen Mom 2 continues on MTV this month with the final episodes of Sesaon 5 Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
