DiMichele left Mob Wives after Season 4 due to her ongoing legal case. Now that she made a deal, fans are asking if DiMichele would come back to the VH1 show.

A source told RumorFix on Wednesday, "There are a lot of rumors floating around about Alicia's return, and although we all want to see her back, there is no confirmation she is coming back."

"She resigned from the show in April to focus on her boys and her case. She is really happy now and in a good place," the source continued. Although fans certainly want to see DiMichele back on their TV screens, when asked if she would return to Mob Wives, the source said, "I can't see her going back."

The New York Post reported in early July that DiMichele has come to a restitution deal in her legal battle. DiMichele was charged with her husband Edward "Tall Guy" Garofalo for taking union pension funds from the now defunct New Jersey trucking company they used to run. DiMichele agreed to pay $40,000. She was sentenced to four years probation in August.

DiMichele did thank her fans in a post after the case had finished. "My fans have been truly so supportive and so happy for the boys and I. I am still overwhelmed with private emails and messages from our fans saying how happy they are for us. (I say OUR because my boys have their own fans - a woman just came up to my son, Carlo, on the beach because she recognized him!)" DiMichele told VH1. "I am finally at peace after a long, difficult 4 and a 1/2 years. I don't even think it really hit me yet."
