Morgan is facing a $8 million judgment from Hannibal Pictures, which according to the judge in their case, have the next year to enforce liens on the Real Housewives of New York star's earnings and assets. According to court documents, she failed to raise money for a new project starring John Travolta and is now being sued for damages.

According to Showbiz Spy on Friday, a report from Radar Online says Morgan's lawyers are challenging a creditor's plans to get paid back sooner rather than later while objecting production company's Hannibal Inc.'s plan to liquidate all of her assets, including her townhome. The company wants to get paid the $8 million they are due from the reality star.

The site says that Morgan has suggested her own plan, which would see her creditors get paid 80 percent of what they are owed, which would include 62 percent of her debt after a judge approves of the plan.

Back in July, Morgan insists that there is no truth to the claims that she is in bankruptcy and is being forced to sell her home because of her dire financial situation. The blonde beauty is facing a $7 million judgment from Hannibal Pictures, which according to the judge in their case, have the next year to enforce liens on the Real Housewives of New York star's earnings and assets. According to court documents, she failed to raise money for a new project starring John Travolta and is now being sued for damages.

"Broke as a joke? I am in a Chapter 11 reorganization, I am not in a Chapter 7 which is a liquidation," Morgan explained to Radar Online. "To say I am broke while I am working and my daughter Quincy is thriving under such immense pressure is unfair."
