The week has been full of headlines concerning stars of E!'s Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kris & Bruce Jenner, since the momager filed for divorce earlier this week; now it has been revealed they are under tax audit with the IRS.

Kris & Bruce Were Possibly Back Together For 'KUWTK' Cameras After Separation

Radar Online broke the news Friday and reported that if the former couple does have to pay up, Bruce will have to pay half for the year in question, 2011. Court documents obtained by the entertainment news site also say that he will not have to pay more than $250,000.

As for Kris, she could be ordered to pay whatever the remainder of the balance. They "filed joint federal and state income tax returns for the calendar years 1991 [the year they married], through and including 2013 [the year they separated, on June 1]," the papers reveal.

Kanye West Allegedly Wants Kim Kardashian To Quit 'KUWTK' Despite Kris Jenner

While 2011 is the year that possibly caught the attention of the IRS, they could be audited for any of the years that they were married. If they were to happen, they must "notify the other immediately of any audit, examination suit, or other proceeding in connection with any of the joint returns."

The reality stars have allegedly agreed to work with one another in cooperation with the federal organization. Still, an audit from the IRS does not necessarily mean the couple is in trouble as some tax inspections are simply random. Kris filed for divorce from Bruce on Monday. But it might not have been too shocking considering the couple announced their separation back in October of 2013.
