It's been awhile since Teresa Giudice spoke out about her legal woes, now The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has slammed critics who have judged her as she and her husband Joe Giudice await their sentence.

She had an interview with Yahoo!'s The Insider recently and shamed those who have looked down on her and Joe.

"People who pass judgment on Joe and I without knowing the facts should not do that. That's for a judge to decide..... We're gonna make it through. It's been really tough. I kept saying 'We'll get through this.'"

She also addressed rumors that she and Joe's marriage was on the rocks due to their very high profile and public troubles with the law.

"No matter what, Joe and I will always stick by each other. They've been saying that Joe and I are getting divorced. A lot of times I check...Last night he was in my bed. If anything through this whole thing, it's brought us definitely closer. People can report what they want in magazines but we know the truth."

The reality star also shut down speculation when Joe went to her Yahoo! Interview with her.

Teresa and Joe are parents to four girls: Miliana, Adriana, Gabriella and Gia. Teresa said their daughters have been a key in keeping them focused.

"They're our rock."

She and Joe pleaded guilty to several counts of fraud earlier this year.

They could be looking at a total of six years behind bars between the two of them. Their sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 2.
