That doesn't mean the villain won't have his own striking look, however.

Paul Reubens will take on the role of Mr. Vargas, and the slippery criminal will don a turtleneck and blazer for his multi-episode arc (see photo above).

"He's about the furthest thing from Pee-Wee Herman that you could imagine," said executive producer Jon Bokenkamp told TV Guide. "He does not wear a bow tie. He wears a fabulous yellow turtleneck. He has quite a look."

Vargas will be intent on turning Red's allies against him, according to TV Guide, and the fixer will make quite a splash when he arrives in episode 4, "Dr. Linus Creel."

"It's going to be something totally different, and it's going to be awesome," executive producer Jon Bokenkamp tells Entertainment Weekly. "It can't get strange enough for me. One of the most fun things is being able to write for actors who I've admired and think are interesting and try to play against expectations. I'd say he's gonna shake things up a bit when he enters Red's orbit."
