Perfect synchronization  by judging standards gave Team China's Chen Ruolin and Wang Hao, both 19, the gold medal at the women's final competition for synchronized 10-meter platform diving. The team blew the other competitors away with their back 2 ½ somersault 1 ½ twist in round five, helping them get a total combined score of 368.40.

Mexico managed a silver medal win, with a combined score of 343.32, and Canada came in third with the bronze.

Ruolin has 15 gold medals from the Olympics, Worlds, Asian Games and FINA World Cup and he won both platform titles at the 2011Worlds in Shanghai.

The country seems to be on a roll by stealing the gold in the diving category all throughout the Olympics.

In the final competition for the women's synchronized 3-meter springboard, Team China's Wu Minxia and He Zi came in first with a total score of 346.20. Team USA, Abigail Johnston and Kelci Bryant, came in second with 321.90 with Canada following as third and Italy coming in fourth. China also won the gold at the men's synchronized diving 10-meter platform final on July 30, reported by Enstarz. 

USA holds the record for the most Olympic diving medals, with 128 altogether. China comes in second with 49 medals.  

The 2012 Olympics began on July 27 and will end on Sunday, Aug. 12.
