News continues to break that appear to confirm Amanda Bynes has officially relapsed into behaviors similar to the ones she became famous for in 2012 and 2013, as the newest reports claim the former actress was kicked out of fashion school before being arrested for a DUI on Sunday.

Amanda Bynes Arrested For DUI

TMZ reports Bynes was tossed from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising last month after she reportedly continued to show up high and was caught cheating on assignments.

Student Rachel Loritz told the website that Bynes would often ditch classes, and when she actually decided to show up she was almost always high and acted inappropriately by never taking off her sunglasses, laughing out loud when she shouldn't, and even getting into "horrendous arguments" without being provoked.

On top of that, Bynes reportedly paid other students to do her homework assignments and was even caught cheating off of someone during a test, which culminated in her being kicked out of the school last month.

Gossip Cop confirmed the reports, and it appears that despite Bynes posting photos of herself at FIDM events and looking happy and healthy just this past spring, she reportedly stopped taking her anti-psychotic medications and began smoking weed again, which started her on a part similar to the one that saw her acting strangely in 2012 and 2013, years chronicled by arrests and legal troubles, bizarre behaviors in public places and a rash of "ugly" insults on Twitter against almost every other celebrity and even her own family members.

TMZ also reported that her parents, Lynn and Rick, refuse to believe their daughter is mentally ill, which isn't helping matters.

"They think she's a bratty kid who thumbs her nose at them and smokes a lot of pot," a source said.

In July 2013, Bynes was placed in an involuntary 5150 psychiatric hold after setting a fire in her parents' neighbor's driveway. After being diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, she underwent nearly six months of treatment before being released into her parents conservatorship in December.

The former All That star and comedian was arrested September 28 around 3 a.m. by the California Highway Patrol after she was pulled over and determined to be driving while under the influence of a controlled substance -believed now to be Adderall.  She was held at the Van Nuys, Calif. Station and held on $15,000 bail before being released later that afternoon.
