According to reports, the mother of six gave Pitt a vintage Patek Philippe watch worth a whopping $3 million. Founded in 1851, Patek Philippe is a Swiss luxury watch manufacturer based in Geneva.

Jolie's very expensive gift to Pitt was discovered after she reportedly had a friend go to the jewelry shop and ask for the inscription of the words, "To Roly from Nessa." The names are in reference to Jolie and Pitt's characters, Vanessa and Roland, in their upcoming film By The Sea, which is also directed by the actress. The two are currently filming in Malta.

George Farrugia, from Dolindo Jewellers located on the nearby island Gozo, revealed that the watch was indeed a gift for Pitt.

"I did inscribe the watch, it was for Brad and it was a rare one," he told U.K.'s The Mirror, adding that it was "very valuable."

As for getting the job done, Farrugia said, "I wasn't nervous about the inscription because I knew I could do the work perfectly."

After nine years together, Jolie and Pitt wed in a small chapel in Correns, France in front of their family and friends on Aug. 23. The couple's six kids - Maddox, 13, Pax, 10, Zahara, 9, Shiloh, 8, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 6 - were a special part of the ceremony. Maddox and Pax walked their mother down the aisle while Zahara and Vivienne were the flower girls. Shiloh and Knox were the ring bearers.
