It seems that John Rocker's past will truly come back to haunt him in the upcoming third episode of Survivor: San Juan del Sur.

Rocker, known for his past controversial comments, may be making a few more in Episode 3, titled Actions vs. Accusations. Host Jeff Probst spoke with Entertainment Weekly after Wednesday night's episode and revealed that fans were in for a shock when it comes to Rocker's actions in the new episode.

"A great episode next week. Keith [Nale] will make your jaw sore from smiling and Rocker will make your jaw drop from shock," Probst teased.

Probst discussed Rocker's gameplay thus far in the season, commending him for at least playing the game and not coasting by, even if his gameplay is somewhat erratic.

"I understand what you're saying about him seeming to be up and down and left and right," Probst admitted, asked about Rocker tattling on Val about her alleged two idols and then telling her to play one. "It's hard to know at this point if there is a method to his madness or if he's just a bit mad... I will say that I am pleasantly surprised by how much he is 'playing the game.' I wasn't sure if he would come out and try to just coast along but he isn't - he's playing Survivor and that is really all we ever hope for when we put someone on the show."

Survivor: San Juan del Sur airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
