After it was announced that Alyssa Milano would not be returning to Mistresses, it looks like there's a chance that her character will be replaced- sort of.

'Mistresses' Gets A Third Season

On Thursday, TV Line mentioned if the character of Savi would be recast or not; as it turns out, a source confirmed that that will not be happening, but instead, there is going to be a new mistress to fill in the circle who will have her own story.

This leaves a number of possibilities as to who could be the new woman to join the circle, and TV Line pointed out some actresses who have potential to take the spot. Some of these include Eva Longoria, Jasika Nicole, Leighton Meester, Naya Rivera and Christina Aguilera.

It'll probably be a little while until someone is announced to take the spot, but these ladies might be ones to think about so far.

Milano announced on her website that she would not come back for more episodes of Mistresses due to the fact that the third season won't be filming in Los Angeles anymore.

"After two wonderful seasons in Los Angeles, the studio has decided to shoot season three of 'Mistresses' n Vancouver, Canada for financial reasons," she wrote. "It's with a heavy heart that I have decided that can't relocate. I have two babies under 4. Being a mother and wife comes first and I just can not uproot my children and separate the family by moving away. I will miss this job desperately and wish everyone the absolute best."
