Teresa and Joe Giudice will appear on Monday night's episode of Watch What Happens Live to speak with host Andy Cohen about their prison sentences. In the meantime, two short clips from the segment were released beforehand and showcase the distressed couple.

Teresa, who will serve 15 months starting on Jan. 5, 2015 for fraud, spoke about how she felt the day she was sentenced.

"I was so nervous yesterday that I was shaking. My nerves were pulling. At one point I couldn't even move my fingers, they were stuck," she said while holding her husband's hand. "My nerves were shot. I've had sleepless nights. Of course, I was shocked."

She added: "It was very unexpected. I don't even know what to say."

Cohen then asked the mother of four to explain what she meant when she told the court that she needs to "wake up."

"I do need to read things before I sign them. I do need to understand things before I sign them," Teresa explained. "Sometimes I take what other people say and I just believe them and I trust them and I can't do that anymore."

Teresa also spoke about her eldest daughter's response to the sentencing. "She was being strong for me I could tell. And she's like, 'Mommy don't worry about it. I'll be there. I'll help daddy with the girls. That will prepare me for when I'm a mom.' It broke my heart when she said that," Teresa said about Gia.

The reality star revealed her worry for her children while she's gone. "My husband is a great father, a great husband, but I do everything with my daughters," she said. "I'm the one that's hands-on. All I've said to my husband was 'Please take care of our daughters, that's all I ask.'"
