Hannah Davis is reportedly dating NY Yankees' Derek Jeter. The Ralph Lauren and Victoria's Secret model was seen out with the MLB star on Monday night, according to a report in The Post.

The "Ralph Rocks" model famous for her green eyes seemed to be enjoying her evening with Jeter, who is known for keeping himself to himself and away from the public eye as much as possible.

"They were flirting, having a great time, and were sitting close together," a source has told Fox News.

That source claimed to have seen the pair together at Meatpacking hotspot Double Seven for the last Avenue A Soundcheck bash of the summer.

The "flirting" couple couldn't get enough of each other as they watched a performance by singer and model Jenny Bapst and DJing by Nima Yamini and Whoo Kid.

Attempting to keep under the radar as much as possible Jeter left the club alone, but was quickly followed by Davis

"They are an item on the quiet," another source has claimed, according to Fox News. "Derek and Hannah left separately, but she met up with him again later."

The pair are perhaps a surprising couple given their 16 year age difference; Jeter is 38 years old, while the Virgin Island born Davis is just 22 years old.

Various sources have claimed that the pair have been seeing each other for months and have been trying to keep everything casual, just enjoying each other's company and developing their relationship slowly.

In March they were also spotted in a restaurant having dinner in Tampa, Florida.

They were also seen in a Tampa Starbucks in December. It is believed their relationship has continued to develop since then.

Jeter famously split from Minka Kelly last August, and it was said to have had a tough affect on the pair. However, Jeter seems to be wisely taking things slowly with the beautiful fashion model.
