A nipple was flashed to millions of viewers live from the London Olympics 2012 on NBC Wednesday. The image stunned unsuspecting viewers who were innocently watching a Team USA water polo match from the summer games when the nipple suddenly appeared on the screen.
The mishap had many viewers not quite whether they had seen what they thought they had witnessed.
