The upcoming episodes of American Horror Story: Freak Show are going to be a blood bath, but fans should not expect anything less in the horror anthology series.

American Horror Story Star Jessica Lange May Be On Board Beyond 'Freak Show'

The title for Episode 8 of this season is Blood Bath, according to a new report by SpoilerTV. As is to be expected on American Horror Story, many characters will likely be killed off as the season moves along. If the title Blood Bath is any indication, things are about to get even more bloody than what's already been shown with Twisty the Clown (John Carroll Lynch).

The season is wasting no time with creating bloody death scenes. In the premiere alone, there was a scene with Twisty murdering a pretty young couple out for a picnic, one of the conjoined twins Bette (Sarah Paulson) killing her own mother in a flashback and Jimmy (Evan Peters) murdering a suspicious policeman.

This will continue into the second episode, appropriately titled Massacres and Matinees.

According to a new spoiler report by E! Online, the second episode will feature the death of one of the "freaks." However, they clarify that their death is not necessarily Twisty's fault.

A plot synopsis for Episode 5, previously reported by Enstars, features con artists Stanley (Denis O'Hare) and Maggie (Emma Roberts) hatching a plan to murder the "freaks." It seems like Elsa (Jessica Lange) and her cabinet of curiosities are going to have to watch their backs in the weeks to come.

American Horror Story: Freak Show airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX.
