Jenny McCarthy left Hollywood for her hometown for Chicago, Illinois, and celebrated by posing by a pool in a polka-dot bikini.

The Playboy model revealed that she made the move for personal reasons.

"...I'm from there, and I feel like my son is not getting the childhood that I wanted in L.A.," said the 39-year-old.

"On top of that, I met someone I like and care about, so all those things combined takes me back home," she added.

Daily Mail ran all of the photos of McCarthy's latest shoot.

McCarthy recently appeared on the July/August issue of Playboy magazine. It was her first shoot for Hugh Hefner's nude magazine since 2005. The "Love In The Wild" host first appeared in the magazine in 1993.

It was the seventh Playboy shoot for the model-turned-actress including six covers. She was once named Playmate of the Year.

NBC debuted the second season of "Love in the Wild" on June 7 with McCarthy as the show's host.

The television host broke up with actor Jim Carrey in 2010 after a five year relationship. According to several reports, the breakup affected her relationship with her 10-year-old son who has autism.

She is now dating Chicago Bears football player Brian Urlacher.
