Halle Berry has had enough of Gabriel Aubry's laziness and wants her hefty child support reduced, immediately.  Oscar-award winning actress Halle Berry and model Gabriel Aubry broke up in 2010, but according to new legal documents, he still lives off of the income of the mother of his child, Nahla.

In new documents obtained by TMZ, Berry reportedly wants Aubry's $16,000 a month child support payments reduced by about 75%, to just over $3,000 a month.  Aubry, who met his former love on a Versacé photo shoot, no longer works but has the ability to do so.  Because he receives extra income for being Nahla's dad, he has yet to feel the need to get a job.

In the meantime, Halle-who is reportedly worth $80 Million-has continued to work to support their 6-year-old daughter.  Now that she is happily in love with her fiancé Olivier Martinez, she may want nothing to do with her seemingly lazy ex, financially or socially.

The former couple shares equal custody of their adorable daughter, but according to the court documents, Halle believes that $3,000 is more than enough to care for Nahla. 

Neither party has commented on the recent news, and Halle probably will not because she is known to be notoriously private, but we hope for the best and that the situation remains as healthy as possible. 

If Aubry is able to work, as he seems to be mobile and well... good-looking, Ms. Berry may have a point.
