No one saw this fight coming, but Donald Trump started a Twitter war with Russell Brand.

Russell Brand Looks Back On His Marriage To Katy Perry, 'I Really Enjoyed It'

It all started on Thursday when Trump tweeted that after seeing Brand on The Tonight Show he thought he was a "major loser." According to E! Online, however, Brand never appeared on The Tonight Show, he actually appeared on NBC's Today, ABC's The View and CBS' The Late Show with David Letterman on Oct. 13. He appeared on CBS' Entertainment Tonight on Oct. 15.

That didn't stop Trump however from bringing Brand's ex-wife Katy Perry into the conversation by saying the Firework singer must have been "drunk" when she married the comedian.

That one apparently got Brand to answer, which he did. Brand then asked if Trump was "drunk" when he wrote these tweets and then he linked to an article about Trump's family.

Trump continued to tweet at Perry, by asking "what she was thinking" and that Brand's "mind is fried."

Perry has not responded to any of these tweets, while Brand's last one at Trump was an article by The Atlantic.
