In a recent interview over the pond, R&B singer John Legend discussed the summer rumors of a divorce between Jay Z and Beyoncé. On Magic FM, he shrugged off the rumors by talking about his friendship with the "On the Run" duo and as fans saw when Beyoncé received her Video Vanguard Award on MTV, the love they have for each other overshadows any marital problems in Legend's eyes.

That moment pretty much shut down any rumors of a split, combined with the HBO airing of their international tour. Bey and Jay have also been spending quality time in Paris with baby Blue, visiting The Louvre and other landmarks. On Instagram and Beyonce's website, the family seems closer than ever, which is probably why when asked about their current status, Legend brushed off the idea of any split.
"I think all of us are aware of what people are saying and we probably care a little bit, but we also know they don't know everything that's happening. And so when you hear all this speculation about Jay and Beyonce getting divorced... If you're Jay, you know the truth," he said.

Since the elevator incident showed the world that things are not always as perfect as they seem, John carefully chose to stay away from mentioning any trouble in paradise. But, he did say that since then, Hov has handled everything the only way he knows how.
He revealed, "You can only let the rumors affect you so much... He knows the truth and he's pretty mellow as well. He's cool and collected and he knows how to take it all in his stride."
In the meantime, John focuses most of his attention on making sure his wife Chrissy Teigen is happy, too. His latest album, "All of Me" was dedicated to her and the first time she heard it, she cried!
