Just when it seemed that things could not get worse for "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice, they did.  According to new reports, she and her crisis manager have split ways because of an odd request that ended up being the last straw.

Now that her 15-month bank fraud jail sentence is only a few months away (she has to report on Jan. 15), Giudice is doing all that she can to ensure that she makes her time away as easy as it can be for her young daughters.

According to E!, she filed a request to a judge asking that she be placed in the Danbury Federal Prison in Connecticut, which happens to be the same place Piper is serving time on Netflix's hit show, "Orange is the New Black."  She allegedly made this request to be closer to her girls in New Jersey, but the problem is, she did not make her crisis manager Wendy Feldman aware.  Now, Wendy has revealed she no longer plans to work with the Bravo-lebrity.

Teresa and Joe are Staying Strong, Or At Least It Seems That Way on Instagram

"Sadly, my time with Teresa and has come to an end. My client relationships are very important to me, however today's filing regarding Teresa's Bureau of Prisons designation request was not done with my knowledge or input," she said in a statement to E!

She continued, "This is clearly not the first time my advice has not been followed, but this is the time where the stakes are the highest... By making this request, Teresa has jeopardized months of work, months of preparation and in fact may jeopardize where she is ultimately designated or sent to."

She wished her family the best and has decided to move on from her relationship with her client.  Neither Teresa nor her team have responded but hopefully, this is the last piece of bad news Terese and Joe Giudice have to deal with before January.
