It looks as though Jennifer Lopez might be following in Britney Spears' footsteps all the way to Sin City. According to a new report, the singer and actress is considering signing a lucrative Las Vegas residency deal.

Page Six reports on Thursday that Lopez could very well be signing a two-year $26.3 million dollar contract while sharing a showroom with Britney Spears.

The site says that the mother-of-two would make approximately $350,000 per show three times a week and would be playing at The Axis inside Planet Hollywood.

Lopez herself has not made any comments about the possible deal, although insiders are saying that she is close to signing the contract.

Meanwhile, Lopez's latest album has failed to climb the charts since debuting back in June.

Naughty But Nice Rob reported back in September that Lopez's album has sold only 66,000 copies in the past three months, despite her efforts in heavily promoting it this summer. In comparison, Katy Perry's recent album has so far sold over 1.5 million around the world.

And if that weren't enough, the singer's latest video for her single Booty has gotten slammed by her fans, too. Many are criticizing the singer for the risque video of her suggestively grinding on another woman and smoking a cigarette in the clip, too.

Fans have taken to Twitter to complain about the four-minute clip, which features both a scantly-clad Lopez and Australian rapper and singer Iggy Azalea dancing in what looks to be this year's most provocative dance video.

Some fans wrote, "Pop star or porn star... so hard to differentiate anymore. Ladies act your age, looking at you Jennifer Lopez."

Another one wrote, "@JLo @shortee88 @RapUp You're an awesome singer and actress, but please stop with all the sexual stuff. Have some respect for yourself."
