It seems as though Sofia Vergara's ex-fiance Nick Loeb just can't get her out of his mind, as he's been talking quite a lot about her in recent interviews. The businessman is opening up about their break-up, saying things simply didn't work out because the Hollywood actress was "too focused" on her career.

According to the Daily Mail on Thursday, the 39-year-old New Yorker said that he wanted to get married and have kids, but Vergara wasn't interested in going down the family route.

He said, "She focused on her career. The most important thing for me is to get married and have kids. I completely understand. She's at the height of her career, and as she says all the time, she's taking advantage of her 15 minutes of fame because who knows how long that will last."

As far as Vergara's new boyfriend Joe Manganiello, Loeb adds, "They are much better suited for each other."

Just last month, Loeb may have insulted the actress by insisting that she doesn't dress "classy."

Speaking to The New York Post, Loeb potentially hinted that one of the reasons why the ex-couple called it quits is because of Vergara's sexy style and fashion choices.

He told the website, "I'm sort of conservative, so I like a girl to dress a little classier. I've always sort of liked the more classic, elegant look on a woman."

Loeb also interestingly added his two cents about Manganiello.

When asked what he thinks about Vergara dating the True Blood hunk, Loeb said he can see why the two make a stunning-looking pair. Vergara and Manganiello began dating earlier this summer as the Hollywood actress broke off her on-again and off-again engagement to Loeb.

He said, "He's a great-looking guy. I guess if I was a girl, I'd be dating him, too."
