Days after Chris Rock gave an update on Tracy Morgan, now the comedian is giving some insight into himself.

On Friday, Rock revealed to The Wrap that he did not get an offer to host the Oscars. Neil Patrick Harris was announced as the host for the 2015 ceremony recently. "I didn't get an offer," Rock said. "I mean, it's Neil Patrick Harris. It's like, who would pick me before Neil Patrick Harris? He's an amazing host."

Rock, who is starring in the new film Top Five with Morgan, recently said he saw the 30 Rock actor. Rock told USA Today that Morgan is doing "ok."

"I saw him not too long ago," Rock said. "He doesn't live too far from me. I went by his house and showed him a copy of the movie. He was very happy." Morgan plays a member of Rock's crew in the film out in December. Morgan is currently recovering from his tragic June car accident when a Walmart truck collided with his limo in New Jersey.

"He's got physical therapists. There's a lot of rehab going on. He's traumatized - his friend died," Rock continued about Morgan and the crash. "It's Tracy - not the most stable guy in the world to begin with."

Morgan's lawyer Benedict Morelli recently told Page Six that "the jury's still out" on whether Morgan would perform again.
