Rick (Jacob Young) was deeply hurt and became extremely angry when he learned that his wife Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) kissed Ridge (Thorsten Kaye)-but he may finally be able to get the perfect revenge on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Caroline & Ridge Suffer The Consequences Of Their Affair

Not only has he taken off his wedding ring and already slept with Maya (Karla Mosley), but he will be offered the perfect way to get the best possible revenge on his brother and wife after his father, Eric (John McCook) takes the CEO position away from Ridge, and chooses to give it to him instead.

"You sign these papers and the job is yours," Eric says to him in a preview clip for the Friday, October 31 episode.

Caroline Realizes Ridge Used Her

Rick may be hesitant to take the job at first, but Maya, who wants to badly find a new status at the company other than just the model from the outside, will try to find a way to convince him-by reminding him that as boss, he can toss both Ridge and Caroline out of the company for good.

"Ridge? Caroline? Who cares what they did? You'll be head honcho," she says to Rick.

And while he mulls over his decision, Caroline will be back at Forrester, trying to explain her actions to Rick's sister, Hope (Kim Matula)-but she once again will not find a sympathetic ear.

"I'm not making excuses okay?" she says to Hope in the clip. "But, working closely with Ridge, a man that I've idolized, a fashion genius..."

"You're making excuses right now! It's exactly what you're doing!" Hope says as she cuts her off.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
