For the first time ever, Tameka "Tiny" Harris discussed the details of her eye color surgery on Good Morning America.

Tiny Responds to Her Haters on Twitter

All week long, media outlets and social media users have talked about Tiny Harris' decision to get surgery to change the color of her eyes from brown to "ice gray."  While she's expressed how she feels by sharing her fans' tweets, on Oct. 30, she did an exclusive interview with ABC to divulge the details of everything that happened when she traveled to Africa to make her dream of having lighter eyes, come true.

"I just wanted to do something different," Tiny told ABC News reporter Deborah Roberts.  While many speculated that she was suffering from low self-esteem or other reasons, T.I.'s supportive wife just wanted a change, adding, "I have the right to do it, it's my body."

According to Family Hustle singer, her rapper husband was hesitant about her choice to go under the knife at first.  "He was kinda like, 'What are you doing?!... But, he loves them, he's okay with them as long as they are healthy and I'm not having any problems."

While she's received an overload of hateful tweets like, "Tiny looks crazy with that damn eye color" and "...Insecurities must be through the roof" from users online, she seems to be very happy with the results of her Brightocular eye implant.  The procedure only lasted about ten minutes, and though her vision was blurry in the beginning, she said that she is seeing and feeling fine.

"I looked in the mirror and I was like, 'They're amazing, I love them," Tiny revealed.  For now, her eye color change has yet to present a risk, even though the surgery is illegal because others have gone blind from it, before.  Still, the wife, mother and singer is happy with her new eyes, no matter what anyone else says.
