The show runner on ABC's Castle has finally admitted whether or not the upcoming Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic) is for real.

Castle show runner David Amann recently spoke with Entertainment Weekly about the upcoming alternate reality episode called Time of Our Lives, which features the show imagining a world where Castle and Beckett never met. While the ABC plot synopsis and promotional material teases a wedding, it was not clear if this was a wedding in the real world or just in the alternate universe.

"[The ceremony] isn't going to be like their last wedding," Amman said in the report. "It comes together in a slightly more hasty fashion. But that being said, it's incredibly romantic and moving, and I think the fans are really going to feel like it's the culmination of 6-plus seasons of this relationship."

The report assures that this wedding is actually for real as Castle and Beckett will finally be married after their series-long love affair.

Castle fans were mostly upset about the Season 6 finale, which seemingly promised a wedding but a last-minute twist of Castle getting into a fiery car wreck prevented the two from tying the knot. However, this time it's for real and Castle fans will be able to see the wedding six seasons in the making on Monday, Nov. 10.

Castle airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
