Twilight star Kristen Stewart has become a giant media target ever since she became a movie star, something that the actress realizes and has made a note of when it comes to reading stories about her.

Robert Pattinson Has A 'Very Optimistic View Of The World'

On Sunday, 3 News posted a story from Stewart's interview with British magazine Hello! where she talked about how she tries to react when rumors are spread about her. She then mentioned something that people need to understand.

"I try not to get upset because it's simply the way the media operates," the actress admitted. "But people should understand that often the stories have very little truth to them. People have no idea what's really going on inside someone else's life. It's also very rare that things are black or white. The truth is often complicated."

Stewart then looked back on her Twilight days, something that made her the success she is today.

"I don't feel any different from the girl I was before I became famous," the actress said. "It's hard to analyze it and compare how my life would have been if Twilight hadn't happened. Although, when I look at where I am, I can at least say I'm pretty happy with how far I've come."

Stewart has been known for dating her former co-star Robert Pattinson, but he is reportedly dating British singer FKA Twigs. Based on what she said about the media and being grateful for her Twilight days, she's given the impression that her ex dating someone else isn't getting to her.
