Michael Phelps Girlfriend Megan Rossee Posts Additional Pics of The Gold Medalist

After scoring his record 18^th gold medal this past weekend and the Olympic Games behind him, Michael Phelps will now get to kick back into the arms of his newly revealed girlfriend Megan Rossee. Mum on the relationship front up until recently, the star made it official when he accompanied her to the red carpet this past Monday.

Clearly not looking to hide her famous beau, the 25 year-old blonde model recently posted some new pictures of the two through Instagram on Sunday with a congratulatory quote that read "Yay Michael."

According to Hollyscoop, Rossee has allegedly been seeing the Olympian for several months prior to the Olympic Games. 

"She and Phelps began dating in January (2012) and things started to heat up just prior to the Olympics," said a source from the gossip news site.

"Michael knew that he had to leave for the Olympics and not wanting to give up on their relationship, he flew Megan out to the trials in Omaha and then to London for the Games," the source also stated.

Surprisingly enough, she has been continuously posting photos of Phelps for about a month, and only now are people catching on.  She had also put up daily updates on Phelps' performance at the Olympic trials as well.

According to her Model Mayhem profile, The 5 foot 9 inch bombshell describes herself in the following way:

"I am super easy going and pretty much down for any type of project (that doesn't involve nudity), I love what I do and hope to further my career as a model as well as a performer."

However, Rossee quickly changed her tune upon transitioning into the hectic traveling schedule of the gold medal winner.

"This summer has turned out to be very busy for me, so I am no longer accepting [modeling opportunities] unless hair/makeup or wardrobe are provided, or if the project is something my portfolio is lacking," she had written, according the site.
