Tiny was a singer before she married T.I. In this new phase of her life, she's more a reality star-turned-stay at home mom, but in the 90s, her group Xscape had fans and hit singles to stake their claim in the golden era of R&B. So, when a photo appeared of her, in her new grey hair to match her "ice-gray" eyes, throwing up the Delta Sigma Theta and Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority signs, many users were extremely offended.

Tiny never went to college and even tried to complete her GED on a recent episode of VH1's "Family Hustle." Pledging a sorority or fraternity is an honor and a privilege that is handled with the utmost respect by those in and outside of the African American Divine 9 Greek life.

Many public figures, like Jada Pinkett Smith and Angela Bassett, have been made honorary members and never had to pledge AKA or Delta, but this is not the case for T.I.'s wife. Social media went awry as questions of her membership floated around Twitter and Instagram. She might have been playing around with friends in the photos, but actual members of the highly respected sororities were anything but amused.
