The Voice coach and country megastar swept up the coveted award for the fifth year running.

After raking in the awards for last year's Based on a True story, Shelton released another full-length album less than a year later. Clocking in as his ninth studio album, Bring Back the Sunshine didn't garner as much noise as his last LP, but the 12-track release did chart No. 1 on both the Billboard 200 and the Billboard Top Country Albums.
