Hawaii Five-0 will give viewers an entirely new look at the Five-0 'ohana in the 100th episode.

'Supernatural' Season 10 Spoilers: Sam & Dean Meet Rowena, New Witch's Plans Revealed

After the current Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) is kidnapped by Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos), the series will jump back to the beginning during "Ina Paha (If, Perhaps)", launching an altered timeline and throwing Steve McGarrett back into the firefight that ultimately resulted in the death of his father.

This time, however, John McGarrett (William Sadler) won't die. Instead, Steve's phone call with Victor Hesse (James Marsters) will end with Detective Williams (Scott Caan) telling him the HPD managed to save the elder McGarrett (see video below).

'The Mentalist' Season 7 Spoilers: Patrick Jane & Marcus Pike Face Off, How Will Pike React to Jisbon?

"For me, what I wanted to do, was show the characters in a light that you hadn't seen them before," said executive producer Peter Lenkov, according to a CBS behind-the-scenes interview. "So how do you do that? We went back to the pilot and took those broken toys and though, 'What if they weren't broken when we first met them? What if their lives were fulfilled? What if they had everything they wanted?"

In essence, McGarrett will have his father, Danno will probably still be married to Rachel (Claire van der Boom), Chin (Daniel Dae Kim) will still be working for the HPD, and Kono (Grace Park) will still be a surfing champion.

"I figured a way to tell that story and I don't want to give away too much, but I think that the 100th episode is going to be very special because you're going to see the characters in a complete 180 from where we met them and where they are even today," Lenkov explained.

While the Hawaii Five-0 world is flipped upside down, however, the Wo Fat mystery will be put to rest.
