Aly Raisman's parents have become video stars for their now-famous supporting routine. Lynn and Rick Raisman showed their uncontrollable support for their daughter last week as their daughter put in some spectacular performances, and they would have been delighted Tuesday again as she took gold in the floor routine, and bronze in the balance beam.

Last week the parents squirmed together as her daughter was performing, and footage of their own "routine" went viral. (See video below)

They synchronized themselves shouting out "Stick it! Stick it!" as their daughter tried to put on a perfect performance. For all their energy the parents could have been right there alongside Raisman as she put on a fantastic performance.

The video was NBC's top "Moment of the Day" and Buzzfeed called them "awesome."

According to Aly's dad, they were feeling "pure joy" throughout her performance and undoubtedly a rather large dose of pride in their daughter.

Her dad said, "We know how long and how hard she's worked, literally everyday for the past 15 years."

Rick said he and his wife felt "relief, happiness, joy."

Earlier on Tuesday Raisman performed a near-perfect routine on the floor, perfectly landing numerous spinning jumps, to win the title. She bested defending champion Sandra Izbasa who fell on her routine.

Romania's Catalina Ponor won silver and Aliya Mustafina from Russia won bronze.

Raisman also won the bronze medal on the women's Olympic balance beam after an appeal and a tiebreaker with Romania's Ponor.

Raisman had scored 14.9 in her beam routine but the U.S. team requested a review from the judges on her difficulty element.

As a result, the judges increased her score to 15.066, tying Catalina Ponor of Romania in third place.

But in the end Raisman snatched the bronze because her execution was better, 8.766 compared to Ponor's 8.466 score.

The floor medal was Raisman's third medal at the London Games including the team gold last week.
