Miley Cyrus finally seems to be publicly moving on from ex Liam Hemsworth since she stepped out Thursday at a USC football game with Patrick Schwarzenegger.

Back in September, E! Online reported that Cyrus commented during an interview with Australia's Sunday Night that she cares about Hemsworth since she said, "I love Liam" and "Liam loves me."

Earlier this month speculation arose over her sudden pairing with Schwarzenegger. E! Online reported during the speculation that many of their sources said the two were casually dating.

Is it safe to say it's more than just causal now? It would appear so since Cyrus and him heavily locked lips at the USC football game Thursday night. Schwarzenegger is a student at USC aside from being a model so Cyrus and him hung out with his friends at the game according to E! Online.

Hollywood Life reported that a source told them, "Miley has been his celebrity crush forever, so he is now living a dream come true. She is so cool and he loves hanging out with her. They have so much fun together."

Back in 2011, Schwarzenegger told Details that "My eye though is set on Miley," so he really has longed for her for quite some time.

The Hollywood Life source added, "Patrick loves everything about her. He thinks that she is so original, so cool. He knows that the performances are just that, performances."
