The 94th PGA Championships begin on Aug. 9 and end on the 12, where golf's leading athletes from all over the world will compete for the Wanamaker Trophy.

Only 63 athletes have won the trophy in the past, Tiger Woods being a four-time winner. He finished third at this year's British Open and has returned to the PGA to claim his 15th major champion. In 1999, at the age of 23, he became the fifth youngest winner in PGA history.

Reigning Champion winner Keegan Bradley returns to win again. Other U.S. players include Blake Adams, Lucas Glover and Jason Dufner, who came in second last year

This year's event will take place at The Ocean Course in Kiawah Island, SC. The golf course will give itself difficulty to the athletes. According to the PGA Championship's official site, "probably no other golf course in the world outside of the United Kingdom and Ireland is affected as much by the wind." The course also seaside holes, 10 holes along the Atlantic ocean with another running parallel to them, making it more difficult for players to maneuver the ball against the wind blowing strong from the waters.

The official schedule for PGA television coverage is as follows:

Thursday and Friday, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., Eastern Time on TNT; Saturday and Sunday, 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time on CBS.
