Amy Winehouse's ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil is in coma at a hospital in England, according to British tabloids.

Fielder-Civil, 30 was reportedly found choking in bed by his partner Sarah Aspin last Friday and was rushed to a hospital in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. He remained in coma on Wednesday, according to The Sun.

He apparently suffered a drink and drug overdose, according to the paper.

"The doctors say they don't know the prognosis. They said they put him in a coma to help him and due to infection," Aspin told The Sun.

"I'm praying he'll survive, but I'm having to prepare myself that he may never wake up."

Winehouse's father Mitch urged fans of the late singer to pray for his recovery.

"Remember Amy loved him. Let's pray for his recovery," he wrote on Twitter.

Fielder-Civil was found choking on his vomit in bed at 6 am. A source told The Sun he had taken heroin and morphine that day.

Fielder has battled heroin addiction for years and has been jailed twice in the last 4 years.

The news come days after Amy Winehouse's first death anniversary at age 27.
