According to files obtained by Radar Online Thursday, Judge Scott Gordon who is handling the case turned in papers back on Oct. 9 and warned Kardashian that if she did not take action, she could face her divorce being dismissed.

Kardashian's procrastination could be a result of Odom reportedly refusing to sign the papers. But if she wants to, Kardashian can still move forward without him.

Judge Orders Khloe Kardashian To Make Hasty Decision In Divorce

An insider told the site, "Khloe has been told by her attorney, Laura Wasser, that she could file a motion to have the divorce granted, even though Lamar hasn't formally responded.

"Becoming legally divorced would allow Khloe to move on, while lawyers for the former couple hash out a financial settlement. However, Khloe has held off on taking that drastic step."

They added that while Kardashian and Odom have stayed in contact, the reality star still has trust issues with her estranged husband after he committed adultery before she filed for divorce. While she has since been linked to rapper French Montana, the source claimed that it is nothing serious.

"Khloe has said she doesn't know if she will ever find love again. It's truly sad."

Kardashian filed divorce papers on Dec. 13 of 2013.

French Montana and Kardashian reportedly split, but he recently spoke with Wendy Williams and implied they are back together.
